• Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges are allowed only within 24 hours of delivery if the customer changes their mind. The product must be unused, in original condition, and properly packed.
• Defects or Issues: In case of damage, defect, or wrong product delivered, exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery.
• The process (whether replacement is sent first or the product is collected first) will be decided by Zura Lights depending on the situation to ensure smooth and fair handling.
