What types of lights does Zura Lights sell?
We offer room lamps, night lamps, study lamps, and aesthetic lighting for bedrooms and setups.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we currently provide Cash on Delivery (COD) only all over Nepal.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1-2 days inside Valley and 3-5 days outside Valley.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy only for defective or wrong items. No refund is provided.
Can I request a change after delivery?
Yes, but the product must be unused and in original condition. You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Otherwise, changes will not be accepted
